Initial Consultation
$140 (60 minutes) book here
One on one face to face, phone or video consult based on your health and nutrition goals. This may be for weight loss, diabetes, IBS, sports performance, disordered eating, suspected food intolerances, plant based diets, heart health and cholesterol or any other health goal you may have.
You will receive an initial appointment and personal tailored flexible meal plan that we develop together in session.
Private health rebates available. Medicare rebates available with EPC plan from your GP.
Review Consultation

One on one face to face, phone or video consult based on your health goals after your initial appointment.
Check in with your goals and progress. Ongoing assessment of your dietary intake, updates to your personal meal plan, healthy recipes and snack options to fit your goals.
Private health rebates available. Medicare rebates available with EPC plan from your GP.
Package of 4 sessions
$370 (save $55) book here
This option is helpful for anyone with a long term nutrition goal e.g. weight loss, IBS, improving blood sugar, sports performance, or cholesterol management. It allows us to pre-plan our sessions including when blood tests are needed to assess progress and set a clear goal and time frame. This option also saves you $$. This includes one 60 minute initial appointment and three 40 minute review appointments.
EPC / Medicare Referrals book here
We accept Medicare referrals under chronic disease management (CDM) plans from your GP. You are eligible for a chronic disease management plan if you have a condition lasting longer than 6 months, this may be diabetes, high blood pressure, IBS, iron deficiency, osteoporosis etc. This provides you with 5 visits to any allied health for the year.
With this plan, you receive a Medicare rebate of $58 per appointment. To book this option online, please select Initial Medicare EPC (gap fee). Choose your location and book here.
Bariatric Surgery Package
$585 book here
This package supports people undergoing bariatric weight loss surgery.
It includes 4 Dietitian sessions, 2 months supply of bariatric multivitamins, bariatric protein powder and recipe book. We will support you through the pre and post op nutrition.
You will also have email support in between appointments in case anything urgent arises.
This package may be claimable through private health or through your super depending how you are funding the surgery.

Gut Health Package
$475 book here
Work one on one with one of gut health Dietitians to support IBS, food intolerances, general gut discomfort and bloating or IBD.
We will work closely with you to ensure we investigate all possible causes of poor gut health and restore it back to optimal function.
This package includes 4 extended (50-60 minute) one on one consultations with one of our Dietitians, individual gut health nutrition plan, dietary analysis, supplement advice, and email support in between appointments
