Kia King
Dietitian
Hi! I’m Kia, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master of Dietetics from Charles Darwin University. I love helping others improve their everyday health, well-being, and sports performance potential through the power of nutrition.
Growing up in the Northern Territory, I moved to Adelaide as a teenager to pursue swimming for Australia and train at the South Australian Institute of Sport. This experience sparked my passion for learning about the science of nutrition, especially how it can help young athletes—particularly girls—optimize their nutrition for both their current sports careers and their lives beyond competition.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or using only the number on the scale as a goal to support our bodies. Instead, I focus on understanding the science of nutrition and how food influences everything we do. I love working with clients to establish what’s best for you by creating sustainable habits that work within your lifestyle. —whether you're aiming to improve your quality of life, achieve a specific nutrition goal, or manage a chronic condition.
When I’m not immersed in all things nutrition, I enjoy teaching and practising Pilates, taking on adventure races, and spending time with my family, friends, and my dogs. My favourite cuisine would be all the flavours and colours of Mexican food, and anyone who knows me will tell you I love my watermelon.

Kia currently consults Thursday afternoons/evenings weekly and Saturdays once per month, call/email to book with Kia.
Hannah Dunn
Hannah is an experienced Dietitian starting with us March 2025 on Saturdays. Call/email to book.

In her spare time she loves going to the gym, listening to music, travelling for concerts, spending time with friends and family, line dancing, finding new foods to cook, and going to the movies.
